Sorry to raise an old chestnut but is anyone else having problems with there internet?

We are with Extend

As of 12:26pm 17/07/2017 mine seems to be working fine...

I'm with a different ISP though.

Norbid will probably get a more relevant answer if he rings his Internet Service Provider!

I have just dowloades a large file and speeds of up to 3.5 M/b were noted, again with a different ISP.

Try with a download accelerator like this one https://www.internetdownloadmanager.com/ Mike and I suspect you will get a much faster download, maybe even up to 10 times faster. If you do please do note that internet download manager displays speeds in mega bytes per second and not mega bits - just multiple the mega byte figure by 8 to convert it to mega bits.
