PC to HDMI

My laptop on Windows 7. Used to give full screen lap top to TV. Now only 2/3 of tv screen.
Tried resolution adjust ment does not work. TV OK as Internet to tv box ok on HDMI input 1 problem on input 2.
HELP please!!!
