Once again another Saturday afternoons sport ruined by no internet connection for an hour
Interestingly the connection was restored immediately the live broadcasting of the football had finished..
Rapidly losing faith with MM which is a great pity as I’ve always been a supporter.

No issues with general Internet at MM yesterday, what did support say?

We're in Esentepe, MM sent this SMS @ 6:21pm...
We are currently experiencing problems in your area.
We estimate service will be restored in 1 hour.
Maybe not a general issue for MM,
but a major issue for subscribers in the Esentepe area!

Kbsat,
Support said “base station was down -thought it was a power cut”.
No power cut in Esentepe at 6pm yesterday-I live in the village.

Checked service records and looks like the core router in Esentepe froze (usually due to power fluctuations or too much static electricity in the air) and remote reboot was not possible. Parts of esentepe area was affected as a result. MM Engineers had to travel to location in order to perform a hard reset. It was all done in shortest possible time...

Im in Alsancak and speeds were down to 1 meg during the city spurs game, so no football at all,

Speed test showing 0.25 and stopped completely half way through test.

There was no one at on line support and as it was 11 o'clock at night, I didn't feel it was vital to telephone. It is fine again this morning so whatever the problem was seems to have been sorted.
