Always received really good service from Multimax...never had any need for call out in 6 years,since installation.
However Needed a call out today..
Multimax arrived lunch time, Up and running within one hour.polite curteous service from engineer.
Follow up chat with Perrin, just to see all was ok, once again could not fault Multimax customer service
Summing up, nothing but first class customer service received from Multimax.
One very happy customer.

Great to see and read this but in general I think service from Multimax has shot up over recent months.

We have issues with our connection from Multimax , however on each occasion that I have needed help they have responded quickly, sent someone out when required and been most helpful. Ok, every business faces issues but I believe it’s about the way that companies respond to solve the issues. Multimax have been great
