I have tried to top up on phone and it keeps changing the last 2 numbers of my number so just impossible to top up any help appreciated

Don't know if this will work. Type your phone number out on an email or something, copy it then paste it into the bit that's asking for the number. If you use this website https://www.kktcell.com/en/top-up you need to type in your mobile number without the leading zero, e.g. 5337778888

I gave up and went to Supreme and topped up there. I couldnt get it to work either.

Use the link come on aylin gave you... if the number comes up wrong place the cursor just before the first 5 of your number and press backspace to remove all leading characters then place the cursor at the end and type in your missing numbers.

Done this and it does not work for me I will have to venture out

Could not remove the zero it is fixed

Might be a problem with the device you're using, I managed to copy and paste over the leading 0 and also managed to type in my number without the leading 0. I have had similar problems as you have had in the past, not a very well designed website.
