What a wonderful idea! Government has now put in place acceptable interactive web sites, this action has reduced public attendance in many Goverment offices and eased the general workload in many ways. Now, given a new tax on what has become an essential tool for the common person to use, they can now expect regression back to long ques and more paperwork! Who thinks up these ideas?

Who knows eh! Probably the same person who worked out the financial aid for those of us that work here.
