Appeared at house this morning. Was a bit puzzled as I hadn't called them. Turns out that it showed that I had no signal at their end, I hadn't noticed that internet was down. Turns out dish had moved in the wind, so it was re-aligned and all sorted in a few minutes.
They get a lot of flak, thought I'd balance things out a bit with a wee bit of praise, as I was very impressed with the service.
