Hello all

We have been with Multimax for many years but the reliability of the service this visit has been terrible - we are having to switch the router on and off many times a day as it works ok for a short while and then stops, to be fair to MM they sent someone round and they changed the cable and it was ok for a few hours and then it stopped again.

We are here around 4 to 5 times a year for holidays so the flexibility of the MM deal suited us however I think it is time to look at other options and have seen Extend and Lifecell mentioned so would welcome any feedback or suggestions please?

If the overall cost is around the £100 I am happy to pay for a 12 month package. We do not have a local mobile if that affects any choice of provider?

I have had Lifecell since last October very happy with it never had a problem.

Not according to their website https://www.lifecelldigital.com/ but it may be easier if you get a SIM. We changed from MM to Lifecell 20Mb last year and so far no problems. Our neighbours had the freedom package with MM but found it cheaper to go with Lifecell, they got a deal - pay for 12 months get 15. We pay ₺150 pm, so less than £100 a year. They were very quick to install at both houses, they offered to do ours within 24 hours and took the MM kit away.

We changed to Extend using a reseller a few months ago. They offer a flexible package for those not on island all year.

The price you pay will depend on what choice you make with regards to what you will use the internet for and the speed required.

Agreed, changed from MM after 10yrs, best move I ever made.

Definitely recommend Extend. Good service and very few problems.
