Turkcell 4.5G home internet
Wondering if any of you folk use this and whether it's any good. I never seem to get the speeds i'm paying for from my adsl supplier and get quite a few drop outs too

Re: Turkcell 4.5G home internet
Been using Turkcell's Lifecell Internet for over two years and getting over 20mbps 99% of the time. When speeds do drop I do full reset and this often fixes the issue but if not I message them and it is dealt with quickly. At only 379tl pcm, it's good value imo.Pamuklu Blue wrote: ↑Sat 08 Jun 2024 8:16 pmWondering if any of you folk use this and whether it's any good. 4.5G is a marketing gimmick.
They are no different than other ISPs, all offerings are the same with different prices.
Pick your favourite, mine is flynet.

So sorry I didn't get back to you sooner Groucho. I didn't notice I had a reply. Is that with a home hub and a 4G sim card? I've got a full size satellite dish on my roof pointing at a tower in the next village atm.

Stereotomy, the 4.5G thing is different. No set up, you just plug a box in and put a sim card in it, like you would with a cellphone. You just need a 4G signal.
