Really slow internet

Is anybody else currently experiencing really slow internet speeds? I'm with Vodafone in Lapta and all yesterday and again this morning my internet speeds are in single digits! I tried phoning Vodafone technical support yesterday but nobody spoke English. I'll try again today if nothing improves.
