Sorry to jump on this post, but can you tell me what they use? Is it laser or bleach?
I have had a severe allergic reaction to bleach in the past...

In my daughters case, the dentist applied a paste to her teeth, and a mouthpiece with a blue light was placed over her mouth, ultra violet maybe. This was left in place for a while, the dentist checked at regular intervals and now and again applied more paste.
My daughters teeth were very sensitive for a few hours afterwards.
