Just returned from seeing the GP at Kamiloglu Hospital (the one near HSBC) for the results of our yearly health checks. So impressed with the friendliness of the staff, the thoroughness of the check-ups and explaination of results. Incredible good value - 250tl for women and 300tl for men. Also, first time ever I have not felt the blood test (I am a real baby when it comes to needles). Thank you to the staff. Definietly be returning next year.

Sorry about the spelling. No excuse, just too lazy to spellcheck. Anyway, bit rude of you to mention it
Telephone number for English speaking receptionist is 0533 824999

Not doing so well is he/she? The telephone number is 0533 824 2999. Either Jenny or Trish should answer.

I can't praise this hospital or its team enough. When my wife was diagnosed with ovarian cancer we were told ' there's a 1 in 20 chance of surviving for 3 months'. Kamiloglu examined her and said 'We can do this'. OK, a 7 and a half hour operation but that was nearly 4 years ago and my wife still works everyday. When the operation was over and I said to the surgeon 'alright, give me the score', he said 'We did a good job, she will be ok', and she is. In the UK we were given a target date for the op of 8 months, in Kamiloglu they ran the tests and scans and said, 'We'll do this tomorrow'. They did, my wife is now fine, alright, the op was a bit cutting edge but they pulled it off. I wouldn't go anywhere else now .... they are brilliant.

I gave birth to my baby there 3 months ago by C-section and I cannot praise the hospital and staff enough for what they did. Having a baby in a foreign country is very daunting but they put my fears at ease and were amazing right from the start of my pregnancy to this very day. Dr Kemal is a true gentleman and a wonderful doctor and surgeon.
