I went to Dr Mustafa at etik lefkosa, he has just seen me through a hysterectomy. I arranged it all through Dr tariq who I think is lovely, 12 years ago he promised me I would not die of ovarian cancer when his hospital found I had fibroids at 37, my mum was 38 and then died around 50 from this.

In the 12 years I did go to the above but only as it was nearer who very politely told me when I had the tests which cost me a month's salary and I should have them yearly as my health was far more important therefore she was not for me.

If you prefer a women as a doctor I can highly recommend Mrs Dr.Mürüde Çakartaş Dağdelen in Lefkosa ( next to Golden Tulip Hotel).
Very nice lady who really helped me a lot. Her English is good.

The lady's name at Jinomer is Dr Miryam, I believe. It's years since Sally went there, so that may have changed.

The prefix will be 0392, as this is a landline number...

The online telephone directory is really handy, as it allows you to do a 'Reverse Search' - that is, if you know the number, it will tell you who the subscriber is.

Also, you can use 'wildcards' if you don't know the full name, although you do need to use 'proper Turkish characters' where applicable.

If Dr Meryem is still there she speaks perfect English, and I believe hails from (or spent time in) the UK.
