English Speaking Counsellor / Therapist

I've endured 6 unconscious ambulance trips to Lefkosa State Hospital within the last 2 years. After a day or few I regained consciousness to find my hands tied to my bed. This was done to prevent me pulling out the breathing tubes inserted to keep me alive.

I'm now experiencing sever anxiety as a result of my near death episodes and need a counsellor / therapist to talk to.

Does anyone know if there are any in The TRNC please?

I think you have got over one hill and that is to seek some help.

Have you tried looking on YouTube? If not, it might help a little, it has helped me in the past. Do a search for anxiety or even PTSD as it feels as if you Have had a really bad time if it. It can help to get answers to a lot of questions you have, it also has recordings of meditation which can help.

All the best.
