Even in this heat golf was played on Sunday. The competition was the Ambrose pairs scramble, which involved teams of two playing off one quarter handicap, and was won by Gary Corness and Bob Hodge with a net 67'
There were two twos , Gary and Bob plus Malcolm Lees & Olgun Emirzade
