Auto locksmith

My car key won't open the door anymore, I think it needs to be re paired to the brain but needs to be put into the ignition but the cars locked.
Is there anyone near Alsancak that's an car locksmith?

Do you not have a normal key for the door or is it just an electronic pad key? Had the same problem with a Kadjar in the UK in August but found out there was a normal key inside the electronic key pad and used that to open the car door!!

No we had to have a new ignition barrel and key was to fit that. No idea what happened to the key to the doors as just use key fob to open and close doors.
We disconnected the battery while back in UK and it seems to have become un paired with the cars brain. I think we need to get it back in the ignition barrel for it to re pair but can't get in the car! May have to break a window.

I would try the locksmith near the girne state hospital. He used to do site visits. I am sure someone will have his name and number.

Key is normally inside the electronic key fob! I had to Google the make and model of the car to find out how to get it! I was positive that all I had was the electronic key fob till I googled the problem?

Had battery in key fob checked and was fine.

Update is we had to break glass in rear quarter light.
Gained access and key put in ignition which allowed it to re pair with the cars brain and now will open and close with the fob.

Just got to get glass replaced now .
