I have no hesitation in recommending Orhan. He recently repaired and painted our bungalow and did a quality and professional job. He is exceptionally pleasant to deal with and he quoted the lowest rate when we asked for bids. On this basis, we will be using him again for further work which we need to be done.

Orhan, has just completed the painting of our villa in Lapta and we can't praise the quality of him and his staffs workmanship enough , there was a great deal of repair work to be carried out prior to the actual painting with a number of large cracks needing to be fixed first and now you the job is completed you can see not one trace of the repair work . In all he was polite , punctual , very tidy spending a deal of time after the job was finished going around cleaning up any mess and all this at a very good price using only top quality materials , would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

The trouble with house maintenance in the TRNC is that initially the work appears fine but after a short while the cracks come back. That is not necessarily due to bad workmanship. It could be the dramatic climate changes of the area or the quality of the original construction. A number of companies will not guarantee their work because of this and you can end up paying to have the work redone and end up with a less than perfect result.

Hopefully the posters on this forum will not suffer that.

Dear Zebedee,it is true that most of construction companies building very bad,that's why no one can give you guaranties about cracks, because in Cyprus generally in all property using the wrong bricks which is empty. Thats why cracks always starting around windows and doors first of all
As from my experience which is 16 years,I saw a lot of "empty" walls.
When I opening cracks there is no even concrete sometimes.
So how can you hold that cracks.
I am always suggesting to my customers high quality products,and same my workmanship.
You can hire million painters,but its not going to hold cracks if inside of the construction empty walls.
I am experienced not only in painting,I did a lot of construction work.
And all the time trying to do my best for my customers...
And most of them satisfied with my work...
. Some people dont understand it and thinking that paint is going to hold the cracks... Thats really stupid!!!
