Excellent customer service by Northview Maintenance

Three years ago we had a water heater/boiler fitted by Yenal of Northview Maintenance.
Went to use it today for the first time this year and it wouldn't start up.
Messaged Yenal on WhatsApp and he replied almost straight away, and talked me through the initial fault-finding. Turned out to be batteries that were the issue (didn't even know it had batteries)... Quick trip to the Yapi for replacements and it's working fine.
It would have been so easy for Yenal to come out, do all this and charge for the privilege. Instead he gets nothing this time except my gratitude, recommendation and repeat service. Excellent customer service.
