Door closed, Load of stuff outside, have they closed down?

No just closed for a week, it’s a refit.
When he re-opens he will have a lot more deli stuff apparently

I would be disappointed to lose this shop.

Think Saturday was his last day open so maybe reopen Monday 17th?
Had a chat with him last week, he has quite a few plans so will be back better than before.
Hopefully people will enjoy the new stuff and support him with the stuff he is planning to bring in as its a very brave move to expand your offer these days.

It's a little gold mine, he ain't gonna close. Get us a couple of donuts and a cornish if you're going, waaay-aaaayyyyy!

As I'm not a particularly early riser the donuts is always a pressure situation. If they've sold out it does have a tendency to ruin my day

Just to let you know Ali does take phone orders so donuts etc can be pr -ordered therefore avoiding disappointment

Yeah but estimating the jam ratio can only be done in person and is an integral part of the ceremony. Also Head Office might hear me make the call

I must admit that I really need to shed a few pounds after lockdown so doughnuts should be avoided. Trouble is they are soooo tasty.

That amazing taste with that slight danger of squirting jam all down your freshly washed shirt ...much to Memsab's displeasure ..Oh how live dangerously !!
