Downloading from BBC I player

Anyone else having problems downloading programmes from BBC I player? I am with multimax and it has always been geart. Started having problems yesterday when it was very slow, and kept stopping. Noticed there was an upgrade available to the iplayer so thought this might be the caused, so upgraded this morning. Now it wont download at all. The programme details come up in the iplayer box but its not downloading. Anyone else having the same problems? Thanks in advance.

Hi, I also have problems and with TV freezing and Multimax are aware and are looking into it. Erol called last night but didn't actually see it happening when he was monitoring it but after that I kept losing the signal every 10 minutes or so. I have been in touch again this morning and they are looking into it so I would recommend you contact them as well so they are aware of the extent of the problem. Judy

I have no problems downloading BBC Iplayer, either before or after the update. I get fast downloading using Multimax.
