When he is in - he, he, he. Sorry, could not resist. We always seem to catch him around 13:30/14:00 or try the coffee shop next door and ask there as they normally know when he will be around. Good luck.

Not sure if this is any help but we found the office open yesterday (Tuesday) at 10:30am
Agree with enquiring at coffee shop next door as they do seem to know when it is going to be open or where he is likely to be.
