Alsancak muhters who and where are they to be contacted? can anyone give me this info please?

Alsancak area has several.l Is there any particular area, or you could find out from the Belediye Office where is also the Mayor's Office.

The Mucter (sic) for that area is the bloke who runs the auto electricians next to ya beles. His office is in there.
