Iktisatbank problems with online banking

Been trying to access online bank account, not receiving usual text message code, so unable to access at all. Anybody else having similar problems.

Thanks for reply Geordie. We are trying from the UK as not in Cuprus just now. Never had problems apart from when theycwere initially setting the service up. Will keep trying and sen an email to the bank if no luck.

There seems to be an issue with sending texts to the UK from here - none of mine are getting through!

Have not been able to access our account for 6 months, going to close accounts when next over.

Usually don't have any problems accessing account, just this time. Emailed the bank and told there is a technical problem with their provider, they are working to resolve issue as quickly as possible. Will let you know how we get on.........

Just for your info: I have been to see Turkcell on a few occasions as my text messages are not going to UK either and still there is a problem, it has been going on since Mothers Day at least that I know of when none of my texts were going through.

Turkcell do know they have a problem but do not seem to be getting on top of it as this is 3 weeks at least!

There is currently a problem with sending SMS to UK Vodafone numbers, as vodafone has blocked SMS from Turkcell, our technical team are in daily contact with Turkcell to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Well it is almost two weeks since last post and am really frustrated and disappointed to say the least that we still cannot access our online account with Iktisatbank. Surely if the problem is not resolvable there must be another way of sending the access code to us.
