Car change of ownership

Anyone know the current process for change of ownership when selling a car please

A form to do this can be obtained from the tax office behind the hospital in Girne ..
This form can be filled in at your local Muctars office .. Both buyer/s & seller to go along with cars documents & copies of passports ..
The buyer then has a week to take the form to the tax office in Lefkosa to register the new owner ..
If it is a couple buying the car have both names added on the log book ..
This how my friend sold his car in Ozankoy ..

You also need a 2TL stamp, which you can buy (for 3TL) in the cafe behind the office if you forget to take one with you. Payment is in TL, credit cards are accepted - but not for the stamp!!!!
