Firsat Kibris

Is anyone in Kibkom land having trouble booking anything with Firsat Kibris??

We have been trying to book something with them for the last couple of days with no joy. Payment has been authorised at our bank and is waiting for Firsat Kibris to request funds. Have of course been trying to ring them but unfortunately for us, there is never an English speaker available.
