Very loud music, again
There has been extremely loud music playing for most of the evening, it seems to be coming from Lapithos Hotel and is still going full blast now at 12.30. It's some kind of rave music and the lyrics at times are disgusting,it's so loud that sleep is not an option at all. That coupled with the usual music from Hilltop that is still going too is enough to drive you crazy, is this going to be it for the next four months.
I appreciate that we live on a holiday island but surely there must be some controls in place to moderate the volume of these places or at least ensure that they finish at a reasonable time to give residents a fighting chance of a bit of peace and quiet in their own home.

Re: Very loud music, again
It was chateau lambousa we are behind their tennis court in the houses
Last year when they had an opening party with fireworks I had to complain because
They moved the display away from their hotel right down by our houses (only 4 behind the tennis court)
And they make the display in a field very very close to my hubby's auntys house next door!
I was that scared to come out the house with rockets banging so close, smoke & dust everywhere! We had to close all shutters on the windows and the terrace upstairs had 6 rocket pieces on the floor and others outside in our garden around the houses.
Again they did it the same place this year!
Where's the safety rules??!
Anyway complaining did nothing for us!
Yes their hotel is gorgeous but when they have their music nights their music is far too loud! I feel sorry for the other bars that want a music night. Because the lambousa over powers theirs to loud! My hubby's mum can even hear it near the police station hmmm

It's not so funny when you live way up past the police station and can still hear it above your own music or tv in the house.PapaBravo wrote:Hope she gets out soon! Sorrrrrrrrrrry, I couldn't resist itMy hubby's mum can even hear it near the police station hmmm
