Front page of today's Kibris newspaper

I was having lunch in Tempo reataurant today in Karaoglanoglu, and noticed the front page of the Turkish language Kibris newspaper had a headline and article which seemed to be about Esdeger title deeds in the light of the current talks (I think). My Turkish isn't good enough to work out what it was saying, so if there are any Turkish speaking people out there who have read the front page and could tell me what it is all about I would be very grateful. Thanks.
