Hyundai Dealership
I know that the, Hyundai dealership in Lefkosa is now owned by Ototurk Otomotiv Ltd, we had our car serviced by them 4 weeks ago.
My question is, does anyone have a contact name and/or phone number that we can communicate in English with? After ringing 4 times this morning to be told that no one speaks any english I am at a loss of what to do next to see if the part they ordered has arrived (other than driving all the way up there)!
Any help would be appreciated.

I was there just over a week ago, and the man in charge of the service area spoke english. Also the lady who seemed to be in charge of the reception spoke english.

Hyundai are still in the same premises as it used to be just under a different name (now Ototurk Otomotiv Ltd)
As I said I rang 4 times this morning and could not get anyone who spoke english either on reception or in service and whilst my Turkish is not great it does exist however it does not extend itself to ask whether a part has arrived for the airbag to be repaired!
So if anyone has a name that I can ask for I would be most grateful

Scooby doo.
I had this problem a few weeks ago. There were a lot of guys in suits wandering around, looking important, but no English speakers.
Made a visit today and after managing to explain myself .. with some difficulty in Turkish..........discovered a very obliging young lady. She also speaks English........... name of Destine (seriously).
I am certain she will be able to help you.
