Christopher Hitchens was a great writer, he wrote a couple of books about Cyprus and one called "The trial of Henry Kissinger" At one time he was married to a Cypriot.

Hitches hated Kissinger with a passion .And, quite rightly so, in my opinion, said of Mother Teresa. This woman who said to the people of Africa " aids is bad but not as bad as condoms" To the people of Haiti after suffering a dreadful earthquake this is God's punishment ". And to think he could have been prosecuted under Ireland's Blasphemy laws,introduced in 2009/10.
It beggars belief that in the 21st century such laws still exist.
It won't be long before laws are brought in for disrespecting Father Christmas..
