Sewing question

Does anyone know where I can buy singer sewing machine presser feet? I am looking for a quilters foot, walking foot and darning foot, but not the "snap on" type.

You could try Tektan in Girne centre. If you walk down the main one way street from Colony Hotel to just past IKTISATBANK then turn left, Tektan is up this road on left hand side. Note that it's a one way street so you can't drive up that way.

I got the info from an old ad. but I have been to their shop a long time ago and they did have spares at that time. At least she can call them first to find out. Here is the link to the ad which has a Google map showing where the shop is.

Why don't you try the Singer sewing machine shop in Lefkosa. There are 2 branches and they are an international franchise so have everything that Singer produces.
If you speak to Mr Ozmen on 05428551633, he speaks very good English.

come_on_aylin that was a bit harsh. The lady only asked a question and only one person responded. I thought this was one of the main reasons for this Forum.

It was actually come_on_aylin who made that first response - I think that her point was, that had the OP been a bit more specific, come_on_aylin could have given more meaningful advice, and it would have saved her having to post twice.

You can't really criticise someone for giving advice!

That was my point, thank you Keith. One other bone of contention is that people often don't bother to read (properly) existing posts before they jump in repeating or misinterpreting them. Generally, I try to give useful advice but sometimes it's like banging your head against a brick wall...
