Dentists offering discounts to BRS members?

On the BRS web site the following are said to offer discounts. Has anyone shown their card, been treated, and received discounts? (not necessarily in that order)

Aysen Gorus (UK qualified)- 7a Balkabak Sokat, Girne 15% on all treatments

Dr Ipek Gurpinar - opposite Passport Restaurant, Girne Ditto

Dr Seda Seigar 8% off for cash. 5% off for Credit Cards
ON ALL WORK OTHER THAN IMPLANTS

I realise one can usually negotiate a fee with most Dr and Dentists, but these are published discounts.

We got between 10% and 20% at Near East University Dental amazing facility. A friend had inplants and when his friend from the UK came over who is a dentist he said he couldn't get the materials for that price.

Yes, I'm aware of the NEU and their dental department but I'm just asking about the above and BRS discounts (and if they were offered them)

Yes we have always been to Aysen Gorus and she give the BRS discount. As mentioned she is UK trained and very good.
