PickUpNorthCyprus didn't Pick Up

I made a reservation on the PickupNorthCyprus website last week for reservation for a taxi from Karsiyaka to Ercan for a 9.40 am flight on Thursday.
The night before I got a confirmation txt to say I would be collected at 7am and could I confirm the reservation and give detailed directions to my home , which I did.
On the Thursday morning no taxi had arrived by 7.10 so I called their office three times over the next five minutes but no reply. It was now 7.15 and as it is an hour minimum to Ercan (outside morning rush hour traffic) the only thing I could do was jump into my own car and start driving to Ercan.

I got a call from PickupNorthCyprus at 7.20 to say the driver couldn't find my house - I said if that was the case someone should have called before 7am to ask for further directions or to let me know they weren't coming, plus a few other business suggestions

Just a word of warning.

That is so very annoying MVP. When I lived there, I lost count of the times booked taxis did not turn up.

We use green garage for ercan and larnaca,
never been let down in 13 years.

I have used Pickupnorthcyprus a few times now and haven't had any problems. Sorry to hear about your problem, not what you need to happen when you are travelling.

NEVER USE PICK UPNORTHCYPRUS.

Vial, a reason for not using them might be more purposeful. I have used them and am happy, you obviously aren't but why?
