Alsancak Belediyesi payment office

On Monday I zoomed passed what I thought was a building site before I realised it was the Belediyesi office. Tomorrow I would like to pay a water bill, is it in the actual main part now or somewhere completely different? I am not too bothered if a local shop also accepts payment.

Oh well, that means it will be my job from now on - far too many steps for im in doors.
