Registering with NTV

How do you register with the above when the code number of the mobile phone section automatically changes to RoC when you fill in Cyprus for where you are based? Thanks

Just select Turkey - phone number wise we are in Turkey really. Or just leave out mobile number all together - it is not a required field.
