Delivery to Tatlisu dog compound today to deliver a kennel and dog food donated by the lovely Sadik Tuccaroglu, also dog food and bags of softies for bedding donated by other very kind people. No home comforts, very basic living arrangements and little human contact. They were so pleased to see everyone much tail wagging and desperation to be petted, all so friendlly. Thank you to all the lovely people who care means so much to all us abandoned souls here. Xx

Thank you for posting the pictures!
They speak for themselves I think.. The kennel looks great but it is the pictures of the dogs that tell the story.
This is a start to provide them with shelter, warmth ,food and hopefully regular human contact.
Anyone is welcome to help them in Tatlisu, the more the merrier. All the Belediyes are asking is for them to be given one days notice for deliveries to make sure the gate are unlocked and anything else whether it is to help clean or just to go check on the dogs, they welcome.
For the dogs sakes though this cannot be a five minute wonder, they will always need our help.

Well done everyone and thanks to all who have donate and supported. As BBB's other half has said this can't be a 9 day wonder. It has to be included in help to KAR, HOPE4PETS, FARC. etc. Now that these terrible conditions have been high lighted and brought out in the open, can we not refer to it at the New Tatlisu Compound or similar. Only a suggestion!

Just catching up, been without laptop, absolutely brilliant what everyone is doing for the dogs, thank you so much.

Cally I have always arranged things through Esra Gunsoy Aktul of the Animal Charity. She is on FB and as she works this is often the best way to reach her. She would probably give a number of the Belediyes and her phone number as I posted before is 05338603878.
We have the number of the man who is actually looking after the dogs but he does not speak a lot of English.
With the weather turning so cold just glad that the dogs have some warmth and food.

Hi everyone, I have received a request for help from Suzan, she is going in most days to clean/feed the dogs at Tatlisu, if there is anybody near who is willing to give Suzan a hand now & again she would be very grateful. The Beledye man assigned to the dogs has a job so doesn't get in much. Suzan's number is 0533 8833366 she will meet you there & go in with you. The food donated so far is getting low so if anyone can help with food, once again it will be greatly appreciated.

Within the next couple of days we are planning to drive to Catalköy to drop off some
dog food for the Tatlisu dog shelter. If you have anything you would like to donate, we
