Dumped Dogs

There are four puppies down by the Excaliber Restaurant on Camelot Beach, Alsancak. They are living under a boat by the pen in which a Husky dog is kept and they must have been dumped.
I haven't yet found any of the staff to talk to and discover their intentions. Judging by the way they eat the food that I give them they are not being fed and being left to their own devices.
Going back now to walk my dog and check on the current situation

This foursome appear well despite living uncared for outside in the cold. They are quite chubby little fellows so they must have been looked after until they were dumped a few days ago.
I think I'm the only one feeding them now.
I have now spoken with the Excaliber staff who confirm that they were dumped and are definitely not wanted by them.
So, if anyone would like a puppy for Christmas please help yourself.

Street puppies are invariably chubby and look well fed, mostly but not always, its because they have worms. Clearing these is one of the first things a new owner has to do and what happens at the Centre. They will have been dumped (a) because the owner of the bitch didn't bother to have her neutered and (b) they are pure black and by and large, black dogs are disliked and in some place here considered to be unlucky.

All four puppies are still there so obviously no one has felt able to offer one or more a home. I can understand that - its not easy.
I've fed them for the last time. I will walk my dog elsewhere.
Now mother nature or the man with the black bin liner will take charge!!!!!

Before you leave it to the man with the black bin liners, could you not contact KAR and see if they will be prepared to take them? Its only adult dogs they can no longer take in. Despite the Centre being full to the brim. Pups become fully grown adults very quickly and are arriving quicker at one end than they are dying of old age at the other, hence the Centre is full, but they might still be prepared to take these 4 in. Please don't give up on them yet.
