Praise for Kibtek

We suddenly heard weird noises at the back of our apartment yesterday, to find two overhead power lines touching and sparks flying in all directions with associated crackling. It started at 10am, I sent off an e-mail to advise of the problem, but just after sending it, Kibtek were there. The problem was sorted out promptly and efficiently, so for once I thought it was worthwhile sending a bit of kudos Kibtek's way. Can't complain about the speed and promptness with which they dealt with a rather unpleasant electrical fault.
