Model flying clubs ?

Hi all. Does anybody know if there is any model flying in North Cyprus. Tony.

When we came in 2004 the guy who ran the shop in LEFKOSIA, used to run the club which flew near the Hidden garden but then moved to nearer Ercan. Unfortunately just too far for 'his nibs' to make an effort to continue his hobby and not really knowing many people at the time far easier to not bother which was a shame as he enjoyed it on woodbury common. If you do find and join a club it would be interesting to know what its like. However we did meet Roy who is a fanatic on building them and must by now have an airport apron full of them.
The shop used to be based across at main roundabout (Poo on sticks water feature!), past hospital, through traffic lights(where you'd turn left for residency), keep going and road splits into two, keep to the right and theres a rather well stocked RC shop on left hand side.
