Exchange rate GBP still going down

Went today exchange rate 4.04, was told expected to drop to 4.00 by the of the week. From what I understand this is the effect of the bombings in Belgium and increasing the possibility of the UK voting to leave the EU.

I have just looked on the exchange website for the one opposite Lemar in Karakum.....it is saying 3.575......don't know if that is a mistake, but it sure is plummeting!

The GB pound is falling against the US dollar.
The Turkish Lira is very little changed against the $.
This is "mainly" why the Lira appears stronger against the £.

Had lots of Lira once Tony, (turned it into concrete) But don't people see the bigger picture We have had massive inflation in the last few years due to the weak TL.. Except our properties.

Yes I changed in the halcyon days of 19 % interest. Too young for pension My wife should have one last Oct. The one we paid for when we started work and for the next 45 years., but it was stolen from her.

Johnny Lee, my wife knows that feeling well as her pension was stolen from her also and the way it is going she will be 90 before she qualifies - however, as the UK Government steals the income tax from my pension before it gives it to me every month we have become used to it - don't like it but that is life. Currently it costs us - as a couple - just shy of £4K a year to NOT live in the UK and NOT get anything from the tax we pay - we think it is money well spent!!!
