what is the hourly rate usually asked for by those that do the gardening?

I guess no hourly rate. Per day (7-8 hours) between 120 and 150 TL mostly. In my opinion ok when doing a good job and not sitting around too much.
In case you are in Lapta you can contact me, I know a good one, however only basic English, but speaks German.
