Escape Beach

I was walking past Escape Beach today and noticed there was a lot of work going on at the beach next door they seem to cleaning up the beach removing large rocks etc ,is this part of the escape complex ,or is it a public beach as the the trucks were from the local Beleidye .Also if you want to use this beach is there separate parking or do you need to use the Escape car park and pay .
