Hi,
Our I pad has just started playing up! When we go to sign in a pop up comes up asking us to sign in to I cloud. When we try to log in it does not accept the password which we know is correct? Have looked on Google apparently its a common problem, its a "loop" which is really difficult to get out of. When we enter the password which we know is correct the same pop up keeps occurring?
According to Google answers you have to get to the network to cancel I cloud or sign out. We cant do that because this awful pop up will not go away.
Any advise would be appreciated. At the last resort we may have to go to an Apple shop to get it fixed, we are in the UK at present.

Not being funny, but do you have an iCloud account. It's not the same as iTunes. I get this sometimes, don't have an iCloud account, and just skip the message to sign in. I think selecting cancel? If you do have iCloud, sorry

Thanks for your reply. We don't ever use I cloud, when we type in the wrong password it asks us to reset but does nothing! We sometimes get the option to delete I cloud that does nothing either.
