Hi.Does anyone know the opening hours of the Vehicle LIcensing office in Nicosia please.

fincho, I hazard a guess it is operating on Governmental Summer Hours at the moment. After 0830 should see you served.

This office closes at 12.30 every day, you really need to be there about 8am to stand a chance of getting a ticket and being seen.
