Yes-and confirms what many people have thought for a while now-the talks are dead in the water and have been for a couple of months.
He walked out of a meeting with the previous president-the talks then collapsed.
Yet another wasted 12 months of talks which were always going nowhere.

Who will be the first international politician , diplomat to break rank and stop singing from the same hymn sheet about how close the talks are to agreements, which must be their own domestic use because ,anyone on the island or affected by the negotiations know they are going no where?
