Sorry, I just couldn't resist the opportunity
Seriously, I think that any of the Curtain shops will make Blinds for you.
It really depends on wht type of blinds that you want - here is a link to the 10 most common types of blinds
If you are looking for Roman blinds, or any type using fabric, then the recent posts on Curtains may help.
We've had roller blinds made by Hay Hay in Karakum that were fine, although I'm not sure whether they are still in business, and years ago we had Roman blinds made by Fiskos that are still in use, and are also great.
Your best approach might be to decide what type of blinds suit your needs, and then ask for specific recommendations.

Maybe Denizismail means the blinds that are fitted inside the double glazing.

I've got no idea, because he didn't say
I will say that I never thought of that option though - but don't they need to be installed when the double glazing is being manufactured?

I have no idea Keith. I would have thought so though. I only posted that as it seemed the only logical thing

Try Mermaid Fabrics, They can usually supply any type of blinds and have expert fitting staff.

The blinds that are fitted inside the double glazing are obviously fitted when the panel is made. They prove to be quite expensive though.

.....Aren't they "shutters" outside, and blinds inside....?
.....And "inside double glazing" - they could be a "pane" if the magnets fell off....
