Tape deck needs a new drive belt

Can anyone recommend anyone who can repair a tape deck?

Sorry I can't help in either case, but if you specify whether it's an audio tape deck or a video tape machine, others may know who to recommend...

Audio tape deck,i used an elastic band and it works fine

It's an audio tape deck. Tried the elastic band but it needs to be rounded. Elastic bands are squared off.

I used a large O ring from swimming pool supplier or maybe Yapi market.
