Adult Ballet Classes Now Available in Kyrenia and Nicosia!

Cyprus Art has started Adult Ballet Classes both in Kyrenia and Nicosia. Classes are suitable for beginners and those with some ballet experience. Have fun and gain a good understanding of ballet steps and techniques at the same time. You get exercise and mild aerobic workout. The classes has already started in Nicosia and about 7 student are attending. Don't miss the next lesson... and remember there are free trial lessons for new students joining for the first time!

ah that brings back memories. Might come for the free class,but knowing me I always overdo it, and not sure I can afford the doctor's bill afterwards.

But ballet is so graceful and femine that maybe I hsould have a go again. Not done it since going to the royal Ballet School for a work ot in y twenties. I might have seizedup by now. But go for it, girls.
