Aegean Airlines 30% Sale
Aegean Airlines who fly between London Heathrow and Larnaca have a sale on until 22nd October. Fares are reduced by 20-30%. The price includes 20Kg baggage allowance and a meal on board. My husband has flown with them and was very impressed. Their flight times are great too.

Re: Aegean Airlines 30% Sale
How188, these flights are to and from Heathrow. Their advert does mention new flights from Gatwick to Athens so maybe that's what you are talking about.
I found flights for £136 return in February, the sale applies to flights until 14th March so don't know what it costs for May but I did manage to book my husband Heathrow to Larnaca in June this year for £71, so always worth checking them out. In addition, the flights depart lunchtime from both locations. They also won Best Regional Airline Europe 2012. I came across them by chance and was pleasantly surprised by their prices plus the fact they include 20Kg, meals and movies. My husband says it was the best flight he's been on.

Re: Aegean Airlines 30% Sale
How188,
They do fly direct but not every day. I haven't checked the whole year, so don't shoot me, but it looks like they don't fly direct on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I did make a mistake on the departure times from Larnaca in that the flights depart at 0810 arriving Heathrow at 11:15 on some days and on others 12:30 arriving at 15:30.
Hopefully, some will find this information useful.

Re: Aegean Airlines 30% Sale
Our daughter has flown with this airline and although the flight went to Heathrow, which at the time was not the most suitable destination for her, she did say the staff were pleasant and the flight was comfortable. and if I recall it was the best priced ticket at the time, which was 2 yrs ago, so looks like they are still trying to keep their prices competitive.
