Water off in Karaoglanoglu

We are staying near the Ambiance Restaurant. The water supply was intermittent from about 09:00 and dried up completely at 10:30. Is anyone else having problems?

There is an apparent major water leak, as there is a long puddle of water all along the edge of the road where the pipe was laid in Karsiyaka almost to the Lapta strip.
