Barclays online banking with Windows 10?

Hi tried to do this with my new laptop a couple of weeks ago but would not let me log in. Spent 20mins trying to talk to an Indian guy who then grudgingly said he would trf me to technical dept. After holding on another 10 mins I put the phone down & used my ipad instead.
Does anyone have any tips please?

I had the same problem earlier in the year and spent ages talking to the Indian guy. Now you have to tick if you want to use your 4 digit password or ( a new one on me ) a memorable word !!!!!. I didnt know this and for weeks kept trying to log in using my 4 digit password. It also turned out Barclays had put a hyphen between my middle and surname and I hadn't noticed. Now I just put a hyphen. So maybe its just something as simple as this, so try and go through your details again to check. Even Barclays make mistakes.

Yet another reason why I keep putting off moving from Windows 7 to 10. I have to spend quite a time "talking" to one financial institution or another and I am concerned that I'll find myself locked out. I'll have to bite the bullet eventually I know.

Thanks for answers I am using my number generator thingy with a debit card which used to work fine. Having looked for suggestions today on the internet it seems that Barclays are having all sorts of problems at the moment so maybe they will eventually iron them out

Well knock me down with a feather!! Before pursuing other browsers & looking for more online help I just gave it another go & was able to log in immediately.
